These terms cover your use of this website. Design commissions are governed separately by the written proposal issued at the end of your site study, which takes precedence over anything stated here.

Using this site

You are welcome to browse, share, and reference this site. The photographs, drawings, and written descriptions of our work remain the property of Brackenward Studio and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Site studies and proposals

A site study is a fixed-fee piece of work, payable on completion of the written report. Proposals issued after a study remain valid for ninety days from the date of issue.

Accuracy

Planting, materials, and timescales shown here describe completed commissions and are illustrative. Every garden is quoted from its own site conditions.
