Brackenward collects only the details you choose to share when you write to the studio or book a site study: your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your garden.

How we use it

We use those details to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and stay in touch about your commission. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Analytics

This site records anonymous page views so we can understand which work resonates. No personal profiles are built and no data is shared with third-party advertisers.

Keeping and removing data

Enquiry correspondence is kept for the life of the commission and for six years afterwards, as our insurers require. Write to the studio at any time and we will remove your details from our records.
